About Us

Mandy Lund -Owner/ Massage Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant / doTERRA Wellness Advocate

I attended Sister Roslind Gefre Schools of Massage where I earned my certificate of massage, I completed over 720 hours of hands on training in many therapy techniques in 2004.

I also obtained my certificates in Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage and AromaTouch Technique to offer a variety of massage modalities to meet clients’ needs. Along with years of continuing education courses on cupping, myofascial release, essential oils, and therapeutic exercises/stretches.

I have also been practicing as a Physical Therapist Asst. since 2000. Throughout my career as a PTA I have gained excellent knowledge of the human body. I have treated a wide variety of diagnosis and have gained knowledge on proper body mechanics, posture and implementing proper stretching and exercise routines to enhance activities of daily living and increase functional wholeness in each individuals lifestyle. Due to my therapy backround I lean toward therapeutic massage to achieve and maintain optimal range of motion and muscle performance.

Throughout my life I have been blessed with helping people & teaching them natural ways to help heal themselves & their loved ones. I was introduced to doTERRA in 2014 and found many answers I was searching for. Since then I have become a more empowered mom & therapist with the help of the beneficial properties found in essential oils & all doTERRA products. I would love to help & teach you what I have learned throughout my journey.

I was raised in and graduated from Windom. I obtained my massage certification from Sister Rosalind Gefre's Professional School of Massage in Mankato, Mn. I have been and continue to massage part-time in Windom since graduating in 2011. My massages range from relaxing to deep tissue depending on clients needs.

Bileigh Anacker -Massage Therapist

I am a deep tissue massage therapist starting my career at Revitalize Massage Therapy. I am so excited for my opportunity to help people by relieving thier aches and pains through cupping, muscle scraping tools, deep tissue, and relaxing massage techniques.
